Tammet’s expanded metal are manufactured by cutting and stretching plate metal. Thanks to our manufacturing method, the expanded metal is durable, easy to shape and an impressive product for many different purposes.

Expanded metal is made in different gauges, feed rates and strengths. The standard products are made of steel. Other alternatives for materials are stainless, acid-resistant, aluminium, brass, copper and galvanised plate metal. We also supply expanded metal coated in powder paint.

Expanded metal can be used as, for example, ceilings, service bridges, steps, fencing, machine protection, etc.
