Crimped protective meshes are manufactured from black or galvanised steel wire. The steel wire is strong and wear-resistant, and is not sensitive to temperature variations. The meshes can be powder-painted in shades from the RAL colour chart.

Meshes can also be custom-made in stainless AISI 304 or acid-resistant AISI 316 wire.
